If thirty three percent of teachers are leaving the classroom within the first three years and forty six percent leave within the first five years, we must change our practices to support the teachers persistence in the field.
UNDERSTANDING THE COMPONENTS OF CARE
The components of care is one course with multiple modules addressing the need for care in our classrooms and in our schools. The modules address the nine themes identified in the scholarship by Dr. Didi Watts.
